Master Lok from Hong Kong will do 2 workshops in Beverley, East Yorkshire on 7th June.

 

 A beautiful morning, not too cold and finally no rain or fog.  Wonderful managed to do my practice outside.

Planning a trip to China this year.  It will be wonderful to take some classes with Zhang Laoshi.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to one of our members today.  Peter is returning to Canada and we will miss his calm presence.

On the 17th January a group of us attended a Qi Gong workshop in Whitby.  It was run by Master Joe Lok from Hong Kong.  It was an excellent experience and we all gained a lot from his excellent teaching.  We hope he returns to England next year as he promised.
