Spring is here

The Thursday group have been so lucky with the weather.  We have managed to work outside right through the winter with only a handful of rainy days inside.  It's lovely at the moment to practice with the spring flowers and birds tweeting around us.

Our group has increased in size again.  They are a hard working and supportive group of people.

After Easter, I think the Sunday group will want to move outdoors too.  We have been discussing using the beach at Hornsey for some of the sessions. 

Year of the Horse

Happy Year of the horse.  We celebrated by eating together at a local Chinese restaurant.  It was good to meet socially.  The last time was just before Christmas for a Pot Luck Lunch.

Our small Tai Chi group is going well, with the addition of a few new members.  We have been so lucky with the weather so far this winter.  Our Thursday group has only had to move inside a couple of times.  This morning was beautiful.  We enjoyed the sun, blue sky and even the wind didn't seem so bad. 

Everyone is working hard and making progress. 

Tom Zhang has been sending me some great new paintings.  He gave one of his 2014 Calendars to each person in the Tai Chi group which they really appreciate.  Thank you Tom.

Another year has almost passed by...

Another year passed and another month spent in Beijing.  Zhang Laoshi and his Tai Chi group as usual made me feel very welcome.  They helped me to progress and gave me a good boost.

Happy to be back in England now working with my group, and passing on what I did with Zhang Laoshi.  Mainly application this time.

My Sunday group has moved inside for the winter.  On Thursdays we are still outside enjoying the elements.  We have been lucky with the weather so far.

New Schedule

The new class schedule is now available.  We will return to the Catholic Club on Sunday 7th October from 3pm to 5pm.

The Thursday outside Tai Chi will re-start on 11th October.
